The Oculane mark: a closed route ring with a cursor, two waypoints and a center hub

oculane

One closed loop that runs every fleet.

Plan. Move. Sense. Act. Learn.

The problem

Ten problems every commercial vehicle shares:

  1. Generic navigation that does not know the vehicle.
  2. Vehicle-blind routing. No load, no range, no restrictions.
  3. Fragmented driver tools. A different app for every task.
  4. No proof-of-work standard when something is delivered or done.
  5. Drivers with low literacy underserved by every tool.
  6. EV range blindness. No planning around charging.
  7. No driver monitoring.
  8. Multi-OEM fleets with no single view.
  9. Exceptions with no 'why' layer. Things fail and nobody can see why.
  10. OEMs blind after the sale. The vehicle leaves the factory and goes dark.

The loop

Plan

Routes, loads and dispatch decided before the wheels move.

Move

The trip runs, guided by vehicle-aware routing.

Sense

Cameras and AI see every trip. The road, the driver, the delivery.

Act

Alerts and workflows fire per industry when something needs a human.

Learn

Each trip improves the next plan.

One end-to-end application

Seven pillars that fleet owners today source independently and hook together themselves:

Where we start

A multi-brand fleet management standard for 2-wheelers. The platform ingests OEM telemetry through APIs, with no retrofit hardware, and normalizes it into one dashboard under the OEM's own brand. Revenue is shared with the OEM, and the build cost for the OEM is zero.

Go to market is one or two design-partner OEMs for the MVP, plus multi-brand fleet buyers.

For OEMs

Factory-fitted, so the vehicle ships with the platform in it. Keep the customer after the sale: the data loop that closes when the vehicle reports back is the asset.
